Agreement

By using Spot Deposit, you agree to these Terms. The operator is identified below. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Have a lawyer review this template before launch.

The operator’s identifying details will appear here once they are configured. This does not affect your statutory consumer or privacy rights.

What this product provides

Spot Deposit lets contractors create service estimates, send a private proposal link by SMS, and collect a deposit from the homeowner. Contractor subscriptions are billed separately from homeowner deposits. Do not claim capabilities you do not operate.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your login credentials secure.

Paid plans

Paid access is granted only after Stripe confirms payment through the webhook. Returning from Checkout does not unlock a plan by itself. Placeholder catalog:

• Starter — $0 to try Spot Deposit. 2 sent quotes per calendar month. No payment. No automatic renewal and no card required.
• 30-day Pro — $29 one-time · 30 days. Valid for 30 days from purchase, then expires. Does not renew. One-time payment. This product never renews automatically. You can buy another pass later if you want.
• Pro monthly — $24 per month. 200 sent quotes reset each billing month until you cancel. Recurring monthly until you cancel from the Stripe customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the current period ends.
• Pro annual — $240 per year. 200 sent quotes reset each monthly entitlement period during the yearly subscription — not a year of credits granted up front. Continues until you cancel. Recurring yearly until you cancel from the Stripe customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the current period ends.
